• Free shipping: USD 0.00 for order values of USD 45.00 or more.

These rules apply to supported destinations in the United States, Canada, and other available regions shown at checkout. Any duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, customs, carrier capacity, incomplete addresses, remote destinations, and events outside our reasonable control can affect transit time.

Tracking and address accuracy

Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages

For packages marked delivered, first check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and the carrier. We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries but cannot guarantee a replacement when delivery is independently confirmed.
