Intellectual Property & Content Policy
Intellectual Property & Content Policy
This policy explains permitted use of Lorvawe's storefront content and how to report intellectual-property concerns.
Store content
Unless otherwise stated, the Lorvawe name, storefront design, written descriptions, photographs, graphics, icons, and original site materials are owned by Lorvawe or used under authorization. They may not be copied, republished, sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.
Limited personal use
You may view the site, save order records, and share ordinary links for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission does not authorize removal of notices, creation of misleading endorsements, automated harvesting, or reproduction of substantial store content.
Customer submissions
If you send a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not infringe another person's rights. We will not use customer submissions in public marketing without an appropriate basis or permission where required.
Reporting a concern
A rights holder may submit a good-faith notice identifying the protected work, the material at issue, the location of that material, the basis for the claim, and reliable contact information. We may request verification and will review sufficiently detailed notices. Misleading or abusive notices may be rejected.
Brand references
Third-party names or marks, if shown, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
